Who we are

Absurd Arkitektur AS is an architecture studio in Sandnes, working across the Stavanger, Bergen and Oslo regions. We plan and design inspirational structures with people in mind — from single family houses and cabins to hotels, residential complexes and combination buildings.

The studio holds central certification for construction class 3 in architecture and planning. The work has been recognised internationally — including a MIPIM Award final, the WAN Residential Award 2015, and a win in an open international architecture competition.

2003 Atle co-founds Studio Ludo AS with Mikal Hafsahl.
2013 Atle and Jan Berge establish Kraftværk AS.
2020 Atle founds Absurd Arkitektur AS.
